Back in 2017, we were on the other side of the table, founders ourselves, trying to build something new. What should have been exciting quickly turned into a maze of confusing suppliers, complicated formulations, hidden costs, and endless delays. That experience lit a spark: what if we could make this process easier, so no founder ever had to feel as lost as we did?
